As your "Month of Coordinator", our goal is that the expectations of quality of service never slips. It gives us the time to communicate with you the client and vendors to ensure all expectations are met. This communication with the vendors allows complete preparation so that all is set, so they are on time, well-informed, on the same page and ready to troubleshoot any areas that need additional assistance.
Words of Caution:
Some couples choose to forgo a "month of" coordinator because their reception venue indicates it includes a coordinator. Although this may sound similar to our coordination, brides are told to beware: It is not often exactly the same. It is important that you identify exactly what your needs will be on your wedding day and to know ahead of time exactly what your venue coordinator is able and willing to do. Keep in mind that they may not be able to create a timeline specific to your needs, or do extra tasks such as prepare your farewell getaway and things like communicating with your DJ on the fly special announcements. Experienced professionals always notice that everything comes together in the details. It is in the details your event is flawless for you and, as importantly, the experience for your guests.
